We want our facility to change lives in our community by bringing people together in sport. Balance strives to offer the most elite training throughout Central Virginia by maintaining the best facility and staff in our area.

​

For us, it all began with gymnastics. Co-Owner Brandy Knabb has been involved in the sport since 6 years of age. Gymnastics has been a lifelong passion of hers as she was a competitive gymnast, competing through National Championships. She will testify that gymnastics has changed her life, teaching her important life lessons along the way. Her passion for the sport soared as she began coaching in college and she has been able to change lives through training and mentorship. It was through those experiences that Balance's vision was born.

Our years traveling the country and visiting other gyms has made it obvious there is a common need for a more complete facility. Gymnastics facilities often have observation rooms packed with parents and siblings sitting to the side. With that in mind, our vision is to offer services that the entire family can participate in, including group fitness classes and Ninja Warrior.

We were excited to open the doors to our new facility in August of 2022. As we settle into the new facility, our vision is to continue to add additional programs for the community to engage in.
